Wow, it has been a while since I posted and a while since I posted some juicy EWS topics. I am really sorry about that! Turns out, we are all headed home at the end of December and I am trying to wrap lots of different and interesting things up before I go. Can’t even imagine what I will keep with me from this experience living in Shanghai. Its been sooo nutty! Am I right? But, the thing I will definitely value the most is meeting so many of you, hearing your stories and (hopefully) helping you find ways to keep some control over your life and eat well here in Shanghai.
Eat Well Shanghai is going to be transitioned…more on that soon…but in the meantime, there is still more to do. Tomorrow (Saturday) I am going to be selling the guidebook in Pudong at Concordia’s giant Christmas Fair. Look for me in booth #76. Also, I’ve been tootling around town delivering the book so email me if you would like me to bring one to you.

It is tough to find, but very close to Taikang Lu. I had their amazing vegan ice cream at the Eco Design Fair. In tasty flavors such as black sesame and vanilla soy, The Freshary’s ice cream is organic and all natural. And if its feeling too chilly out for you to eat ice cream, try their tasty organic baked goods, including awesome peanut butter and jelly muffins. It sounds like they have an outlet opening on Julu Lu in the very near future too!
