March is the gateway to spring in Shanghai and March is also National Nutrition Month in the Untied States. The theme for this year’s nutrition month is “Eat Right with Color”. If you aren’t sure what this means, just picture a rainbow and try to put one on your plate at every meal. The easiest way to do this is to include more fruits and veggies in your daily diet. Cooking with color is another aspect of the theme so this month I will use the EWS blog to highlight some of the most colorful international cuisines available here in Shanghai. In the meantime time put a rainbow on your plate and Eat Well !
